Subject: Comments on Draft Regional System Plan 14

The New England states appreciate the opportunity to review and provide comment on the draft Regional System Plan 2014. NESCOE appreciates ISO-NE’s effort in preparing this document and that it reflects the suggestions and comments that we have offered in response to prior year’s draft Regional System Plans. After reviewing this year’s draft document, we have no particular substantive suggestions. We look forward to hearing other stakeholder inputs at the Planning Advisory Committee meeting where this matter will be discussed.
