On August 26, 2015, NESCOE issued a Request for Consultant Proposals on RTO Transmission System Reliability Planning Methodologies. To assist respondents in preparing proposals, NESCOE is providing answers to questions received in response to the RFP. They are provided below:
- Question: Does NESCOE have an expected budget for the scope of work identified in the RFP issued on August 26, 2015 for Regional Transmission Operators’ Transmission System Reliability Planning Methodologies?
Answer: No. NESCOE will evaluate bids to inform budget parameters for this project. - Question: The RFP indicated bids are due on Friday September 11, 2015. It is acceptable for electronic submissions to be on September 11, 2015 with paper to follow on Monday September 14, 2015?
Answer: Yes.
