On October 16, 2024, NESCOE issued a letter identifying potential needs for a longer-term transmission planning RFP.  NESCOE’s letter requested written feedback on the preliminary proposed scope for the RFP as well as on certain questions included therein.  Copies of the written feedback that NESCOE received and that were offered without any confidentiality notations can be downloaded on ISO-NE’s website at this link.  The few comments sent with a confidentiality notation in the transmittal will be posted and considered if the sending entities send consent.
